  • 1/4 cupolive oil
  • 2 tbsplemon juice
  • 1 tbspparsley
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 3 cupsshredded carrots
  • 1/2 tspsugar
  • 1 tbspmustard
  • 1small onion

Steps

90 minutes
  1. 1

    Combine olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, mustard,salt and sugar in small bowl.

  2. 2

    Combine carrots, onion and dressing

  3. 3

    Refrigerate for 60 minutes or more.

  4. 4

    Serve.
