Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1medium beetroot
  • 1small coconut
  • 1 spoonsalt
  • little Tamrin
  • 1 teaspoonurad dal
  • 2red chilli
  • 1/2 teaspoondaniya
  • 1/4 teaspoonjeera
  • handful curry leaves
  • 2 teaspoonoil
  • 1 teaspoonoil.1red chilly
  • 1 red chili
  • 1/2 teaspoonmustard seeds
  • fewcurry leaves
  • 1 pinchturmeric powder.
  • for seasoning

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Take urad, daniya, jeera, chilly. turmeric powder. Put 2 spoon oil fry in small flame till the gd smell comes out. now add curry leaves

    Peel the Beetroot and cut into small pieces put in mixie

    Add grounded coconut, tamarind and salt

    Add fried items

    Grain nicely by adding 1 and half cup water. Pour into a vessel and put seasoning. Now ready to serve

    If u need u can put seasoning of garlic also.
