1 cupsugar
1 teaspoonbaking soda
1/4baking powder

1 cuporange juice

Put 1 cup water in pan with sugar and orange juice then boiled and make Syrup.

Meanwhile take semolina add baking soda and powder then mix it nicely.

Now in syrup put this semolina mix it nicely then add oil, dry fruits and in grinder mix it nicely.

Now take microwave mould grease it and add this mixture and bake it on micro for 3 minutes.

Then demould it and served with putting malai on top.

If you have availability of whipped cream then served with cream. It's very delicious.
