1 teaspooncurry spice/powder
2 vegetables cubed
1big brinjal
1 tinMixed Vegetable and Curry

Fry onion, ginger and garlic

Add vegetable Cubes
3

Chop brinjal into cubes
4

Add to onion fry until tender
5

Add tin of mix vegetables and curry
6

Simmer for 15 mins
7

Serve with rice or pap
