Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgbeef
  2. 1large onion
  3. 3medium potatoes
  4. 3 tbsmeat marinade
  5. 1 cube beef stock

    Marinate beef for 1 hour

  2. 2

    Cook at a medium temperature until soft

  3. 3

    Add diced onion and potatoes

  4. 4

    Cook for 15 minutes

  5. 5

    Serve hot with pap or rice
