Sort the omena, wash with warm water and put to boil for 10 minutes.

Then drain the excess Water add salt and 10mls of oil

Fry until water has dried out then add onions and fry until soft.

Add the diced hoho and stir.

Stir for 3 minutes then add tomatoes.

Stir. Add the chopped dania(coriander) and royco.

Add a little water, cook for 5 minutes then serve.
