1big onion
1 teaspooncurry
2 tablespoonsbrown onion soup
1 sachetbenny
1 tablespoonoil

Boil cow heels for 7 hrs

Add all the other ingredients at once when the heels are tender
3

Let simmer on low heat for 30 minutes
4

Serve with pap
