Boil beans with a pressure pot for 15mins.sieve out water and wash.

Place back on fire after you have boil water.allow to dry but put salt to taste.

Place a dry pan on fire,pour in palmoil add the onion,stir add pepper,Salt and crayfish stir and add the vegetable.bring down sauce is ready.
