Ingredients

10 minutes
10 servings
  • 4beetroot big
  • 1corn
  • 1/4 cupgrated coconut
  • 1big table spoon salt
  • for seasoning muster. urdu.red chilly. curry leaves. 2spoon oil
  • 1 pinchturmeric powder
  • 1fried onion(optional)

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut into small pieces of beetroot

    Boil the corn and ready the seeds(in some market u get ready corn seeds)

    Put seasoning in pressure cooker. Add turmeric powder. salt.1/2 cup water..beetroot. corn all in pressure cook.

  4. 4

    Let it be for a whistle. After cool add grouted coconut. Mix well. if still water is there please reheat without closing the lid.

  5. 5

    Now it is ready as a side dish.

    Without pressure cooker through the pan also u can do it. While it is boiling u have to check in d middle by putting the spoon.
