Ingredients

20 minutes
3 - 4 servings
  • 1 cuproasted peanuts
  • 3/4 cupfresh grated coconut
  • 3green chilies
  • salt
  • leavescoriander
  • 2 tspoil
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • leavescurry
  • amsul /kokum
  • sugar

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Grind roasted peanuts with a little water.

  2. 2

    Heat a pan with oil. Add cumin seeds and green chilies and curry leaves.

  3. 3

    Now add peanuts powder paste, kokum, salt, grated coconut and sugar. Let it boil.

  4. 4

    Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with varai rice.
