Rajasthani lahsun ka chutney

Take a mixi jaar add garlic,tomato,salt,red chilli powder,haldi powder,coriander powder and 2 tbs of water

Close the lid and blend it into a smooth paste

Heat 4 tbs oil in a kadai

When oil heated add hing and cumin seeds
- 5
When cumin seeds crackel add garlic paste and mix it well
- 6
Cover the lid and cook it for about 4-5 min on slow flame.

After 5 min chutney is ready.

Switch off the flame and serve this chutney with daal baati
