Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgboiled potatoes
  • 5chopped green chillies
  • 2 spoonscoriander leaves chopped
  • 1 spoongarlic zinger paste
  • to tastesalt
  • 2 cupbesan
  • 1 teaspoonhaldi powder
  • 1 spooncorn flour
  • 1bit ajwain
  • oil for deep fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Besan me thoda salt,haldi,ajwain, corn flour dalke axi tarah mix karle.fir pani dalke na palta,na gadha ghol ready karle.

  2. 2

    Ab boiled potatoes ko kaddukas karle aur coriander leaves,green chilli,garlic ginger paste,salt dalke axi tarah mix karle.

  3. 3

    Ab mix aalu ko cchota cchota akar dekar besan ki ghol me duboke garam oil me deep fry karle.

  4. 4

    Ek taraf brown hojaye to palatke dusri taraf bhi pakaye.

  5. 5

    Jab dono taraf brown hojaye to kitchen paper me nikale.

  6. 6

    Ab garma garam aalu chap me chat masala dalke khaiye aur khilaiye.
