Steps

Wash and soak rice foe 15 mins

Cook it till full done but dont over cook

Sprinkle oil salt and lemon juice on it and toss it

Heat oil in pan add peanuts and cashews and cooktill half done

Add chana dal and urad dal and cook till it turn red in colour

Add mustard seeds ginger and curry leaves

Slow down the gas add turmeric and cook for few seconds only

Spread this on the cooked rice

Mix it with light hand and sreve it hot
