Steps

Wash meat and spice with salt, pepper and knorr cube and cook till its tender. Blended onions and pepper and set aside

Once your meat is tender turn off heat and set aside. Mix egusi in a small bowl and add little water and make a paste

Heat up another pot once it's hot add palm oil then add the blended pepper and onions mix and fry for about 3 mins then add the Egusi paste

Stir continously till it's fried through add Knott cube, crayfish, salt and the meat. Stir and lower heat heat allow it simmer for another 5 to 10mins

Finally add ugu leaf stir and turn off heat after 2mins. Serve with eba.
