Peel the poatoes and cut to pieces. chips like. put the frying pan with oil to heat to the maximum

Dip the potatoes and deep fry. remive from heat and keep aside

Chop the tomatoes, coriander leaves, and onions. break the eggs and add to the mixture.

Add the salt and royco to the mixture and stir till well mixed.

Put the frying pan over heat. let it heat for a few minutes

Add the mixture and let it cook on one side. then turn the other side to cook too.

Once the other side is cooked. remove from heat.

Serve with chips. this was very delicious.
