Remove the veges from the stalk and wash and put to boil with baking powder.

Boil until it forms a slimy feeling and soft.

Then in a totally different sufuria put oil in a sufura add onion and fry until slightly brown.

Then add tomatoes and cook until soft. Then add the boiled veges and stir for five minutes.

Add salt and beef cubes and cook for a while.

Then serve with Ugali.
