Ingredients

6-8 servings
  1. 1 poundcarrots
  2. 1 cupziti pasta cooked
  3. 1/2 cupbutter
  4. 2large tomatoes chopped
  5. 1large cucumber peeled striped
  6. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  7. to tasteyour favorite salad dressing optional

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan heat the butter. Slice the carrots and add

    Slice the cucumbers and lightly salt

    Chop the tomatoes, add along with the pasta, parsley, and carrots. Drain the butter, and pour over the top of salad

    Mix well

    Add you favorite salad dressing or eat as is.
