Ingredients

45 minutes
6-8 servings
  1. 1 poundpork bones and trimmings
  2. 1 teaspoonsalt
  3. 1/2 teaspoonground black pepper
  4. 1/2 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
  5. 1 stickbutter separated in half
  6. 2-1/2 cupziti pasta
  7. 1 quartwater
  8. 2 tablespoonsparsley flakes
  9. 2 tablespoonsCzechoslovakian spices see my recipe
  10. 1 tablespoongrated parmesan cheese

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil the water add 1/2 stick butter, pork pieces, garlic, salt, and pepper

  2. 2

    Boil 20 minutes then remove the pork pieces.

  3. 3

    As the broth boils add the pasta

    Boil as the box instructs. Drain most of the liquids out. Save a 1/3 cup. Add half a stick of butter.

    Add parsley and 1/4 cup of Czechoslovakian spices

    Mix well add cheese while mixing
