Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 8 piecesfresh salmon
  2. Olive oil
  3. 1/2lemon
  4. Salt
  5. Pepper
  6. Chilli flakes (sprinkling)
  7. Mixed salad

Cooking Instructions

    Lay out a piece of tin foil in a baking tray

  2. 2

    Place the salmon fillets on the tin foil

  3. 3

    Drizzle olive oil and the juice of half a lemon over the salmon fillets

  4. 4

    Season with salt, pepper and chilli flakes

  5. 5

    Loosely seal the tin foil round the salmon and bake for 20 mins at 180C (fan oven)

  6. 6

    Place the cooked salmon on a mixed salad of your chosing
