Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2potato boiled and cut into cubes
  • 100 gramspinach, washed and chopped
  • 1onion thinly sliced
  • 1 inchginger grated
  • 1tomato,finely chopped
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/4 tspcinnamon powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  • 1/2cumin seeds
  • 3 tbspCooking oil, For cooking
  • to tasteSalt

  1. 1

    Heat the oil in broad non-stick pan and add the cumin seeds and saute on a medium flames for 30 seconds.

  2. 2

    Add the garlic, green chilli,and saute on a medium flames for 1 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add the potatoes toss gently and cook on a medium flames for 5 minutes. While stirring occasionally.

  4. 4

    Add spinach, coriander powder and salt, Mix well and cook on a medium flames for 3 minutes, while stirring occasionally serve hot.
