  2. vinegar
  3. 2bay leaves
  4. oil
  5. oregano

    Clean the octopus (remove the beak and eyes).

    Wash it well and place it in the pot WITHOUT any water.

    Add plenty of vinegar and the bay leaves.

    Boil over medium heat until it softens.
