Add salt, pepper, garlic, yogurt, and olive oil to the chicken pieces.

Mix them well and refrigerate for 4-5 hours or preferably overnight.

Cut the bell pepper, tomato, and onion and lightly salt them, as well as the mushrooms.

Thread the skewers in the following order: Chicken - bell pepper - chicken - tomato - chicken - mushroom.

Grill them on a grill or over charcoal.

Serve with rice, tzatziki, and pita bread for souvlaki. (Of course, fries go perfectly too...)
