Flatten the bread by rolling pin. You can use a round drinking glass if you don't have one

Top the bread with lettuce, ham and cheddar cheese strip. Roll and secure it with tooth pick so it won't unravel.

For coating, roll them on the beaten egg and bread crumbs

Deep fry and slice.

Don't forget to remove the toothpicks. Enjoy!
