Slap Yo Self So Good Finger Sucking Slow Cooked Pot Roast

Ingredients

  1. 4 lbChuck roast
  2. 11 oz envelope ranch dressing mix
  3. 11 1/4 ounce envelope au jus mix
  4. 1 cupButter
  5. 4 eachPepperoncini peppers
  6. 1 dashPepper

Cooking Instructions

    Spray your slow cooker with non stick cooking spray

  2. 2

    Rub your roast with the black pepper

  3. 3

    Cut your butter in half and place on each side of the roast (for the sake of the picture I left it on top then stuck it down each side)

    Dump on your ranch dressing mix

  5. 5

    Followed by the au jus mix

  6. 6

    Place the 4 peppers down each side of the roast

  7. 7

    Clean your potatoes quarter them and place them all around the roast

  8. 8

    Cover that baby up and cook on low for 8 hours

  9. 9

    After the time remove it should shred up chunk up

  10. 10

    Plate it along with the potatoes and enjoy :)

Not much of a cook please forgive my questions. Where would I find the Au jus and ranch dressing packets and what brand are they? Are those type of peppers spicy? If so what can i use instead?I love the names and ease of your recipes can't wait to try them. :)
