Sabse pahle khoya aur paneer ko grate kar lijiye.

Ab usme maida mix karein aur acche se mash karein.

Ab lemon ke barabar balls bana le, aik bhi crack na ho.

Desi ghee ko garam karein kadhai mein than gulab jamun medium heat per fry karein.

Ab sugar water,green cardmon ko boil karein, sare gulab jamum fry karne ke baad Ubalti hui chashni mein aik sath add karein.

Aik boil aate he gas off karein.

After 1 hour ke baad gulab jamun ready ho jayenge,serve karne se pahle pista flakes se garnish karein.
