Ingredients

  1. 500 ggrated onions
  2. 500 gself-rising flour
  3. 1 bunchfresh dill, finely cut or 2 tbsp dry 
  4. 1 tspsalt 
  5. Pepper and a bit of oregano

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients together. 

  2. 2

    If the batter is too dry, add a bit of water. 

  3. 3

    Take spoonfuls of the batter and fry in hot oil. 

  4. 4

    Place them on paper towels before serving.
