In a large bowl place the scooped avocado pulp and half a lime worth of juice, toss to coat.
Lime juicing tip: roll the lime under your hand against a hard surface before cutting in half to make it easier to juice. If you squeeze the line by hand over the halves avocados it should just barely coat them, if you have excessive liquid drain before moving on!

Using a potato masher add the salt, cumin, and cayenne and mash.

Fold in the onions, jalapeno, tomatoes, cilantro, and garlic.

Juice the remaining half of a lime into the guacamole and stir. Let sit at room temperature for 1 hour and then serve.
