Continuing on from No°1 recipe in my recipes. More spice blends. I got annoyed will always having to search for blends so I compiled a list here to make it easier to refer back too, and thought I could share it with everyone else.

Continuing on from No°1 recipe in my recipes. More spice blends. I got annoyed will always having to search for blends so I compiled a list here to make it easier to refer back too, and thought I could share it with everyone else.
Cooking Instructions

To make the Adobe mix: combine all ingredients together well. Transfer and store in a cool dry place for up to six months. (Makes about 14 tablespoons). It can be used on just about anything, it's a kind of all-purpose seasoning blend.

Mix all the ingredients together. Transfer to an airtight container until needed. Can be used as a substitute for ranch dressing mix.

Place all ingredients in a jar, seal and shake well. Store in a cool dry place until needed.

Mix well all the ingredients together in a small bowl. Transfer and store in a cool dry place until needed. Before cooking meat, coat in about 2 tablespoons of olive oil then rub the seasoning onto the meat.

Add all the ingredients to a small bowl and mix well. Transfer and store in an airtight container until needed.

Place all ingredients in a jar or container and shake well until all the ingredients are blened together. Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place until needed.

Combine all ingredients mix well and store in an airtight container in a cool dry place until needed. (Makes about 12 servings). Can be used used in greek salads, meats, rice, sauces, marinades and dips.

Mix all the ingredients together well, next transfer to a jar or container. Store in an airtight container or jar until needed. (Makes about 1/2 a cup). Coat meat in olive oil then rub seasoning on it and let it marinade for at least 30 minutes prior to cooking. Can be used in many dishes such as meat, poultry, fish, vegetables and pasta sauces.

(Makes over half a cup). Mix all ingredients together well. Transfer to an airtight container until needed.
