Add in equal parts baking soda and lemon juice to equal the amount of yeast called for in the recipe. Mix together before adding to recipe.

Blend 1 cup of sugar or the amount needed at high speed until the sugar turns to powder. Store in an air-tight container until needed.

Mix all ingredients together well. Next shift the flour. Store in an airtight container until needed.
