Ingredients

1-2oranges (depending on what you want)
olives
1dry onion
salt
oil
vinegar

Steps

Peel the orange without removing the pith.
2

Cut into small pieces.
3

Cut the onion.
4

Add the olives (as many as you like but it's best if they are a smaller quantity than the orange).
5

Toss with salt, oil, vinegar and it's ready.
