6 piecepeppers (color is up to you)
1 lbground beef
1 cupwhite rice
1 tspgarlic salt
1 packagestomato sauce

Cut the top off of and hollow out the peppers

Mix all ingredients together and stuff peppers.

Pour tomato paste into slow cooker, place peppers in sauce. Put some sauce on top of the meat for additional flavor. Cook for 6 hours on low.
