Ingredients

at least 5 servings
  1. 1/2 kgground meat 
  2. 2 cupsfreshly grated tomato
  3. salt and pepper (as much as you like)
  4. 1/2 cup olive oil
  5. 1 packetorzo

Steps

  1. 1

    Place all the ingredients, except the orzo, in the baking tray or the Dutch oven.

  2. 2

    Cover with water.

  3. 3

    Put in a preheated oven at 200°C. 

  4. 4

    When the ground meat has boiled but is still not completely ready, add the orzo.

  5. 5

    When the orzo is cooked, serve with the cheese of your liking.
