Ingredients

  1. 6-8dried figs finely chopped 
  2. 1 cupred wine 
  3. 3 tbspbalsamic vinegar 
  4. 1 tspmild mustard 
  5. 1/2 cupolive oil 
  6. salt, pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the dried figs in the wine over slow heat until they are tender.

  2. 2

    Keep a few boiled pieces to add in the end and blend the rest with all the other ingredients in a blender.
