  1. 2chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
  2. 2eggs, beaten
  3. 1/4 cfreshly grated Parmesan cheese
  4. 1/2 tspdried oregano, crushed
  5. 2 tbspolive oil

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. 2

    Dip the chicken breasts in the beaten eggs, then in the Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle the dried oregano over the top of the chicken.

  3. 3

    Place on a lightly oiled baking pan and bake for 20-30 minutes, or until the chicken is completely cooked. Remove from oven and serve.

  4. 4
