Ingredients

  • round barley rusk 
  • 1ripe tomato
  • oil 
  • salt 
  • 1bit of mizitrha from Chania 
  • oregano

    Wet the rusk a little. 

  2. 2

    Add some oil on top, grate the tomato, add salt, the mizithra and the oregano in the end.
