Phoney-gemista

You like gemista (stuffed tomatoes and peppers) but you don't have time to prepare the tomatoes, peppers and zucchinis? This is a very easy dish that tastes exactly the same!! I make it very often and everybody likes it with feta cheese and fresh bread.
