  • 1chicken breast/multiple chicken thighs
  • 3 tbspbread crumbs
  • 1 tspbasil
  • chili powder
  • 1salt and pepper
  • 1 tspwhole wheat flour
  • 1egg yolk

Steps

    Mix all dry ingredients

  2. 2

    Cut the chicken in small strips OR in little fillets

  3. 3

    First drench the chicken in the yolk, then in the dry ingredient mix.

  4. 4

    Fry the fish in enough olive oil, until crisp and finished.

  5. 5

    Enjoy!
