Ingredients

4 servings

20 ozChicken cooked and shredded
1/2 cupOnion (sweet or red) chopped
1/4 cupCilantro chopped
1Avocado
1 eachJuice from a fresh lime
1Salt and pepper

Steps

Mix all together. I leave some of the avocado in small pieces. Make sure chicken isn't chunky most of the avocado is mixed... If you want more creamy add more avocado. Can garnish with sliced avocado

Serve on bun, crackers, small sliced bread
