Steps

Cut the feta cheese into medium sized slices.

Dip each slice first in water, then in flour, then water once more and fry in hot oil.
- 3
When they are golden brown, take them off the heat and place them on a plate.

Sauté the spring onion in very little oil and stir in the ouzo.
- 5
Add the basil and in the end, the heavy cream.
- 6
Leave it for a while to thicken and pour it over the hot feta cheese.
