Ingredients

  1. 1Pork Fillet
  2. 1 literGroundnut Oil
  3. 1 cupCornstarch
  4. 1 tspPaprika
  5. 1 pinchSalt
  6. 1 pinchPepper

Cooking Instructions

    Slice the Pork into thin strips.

    Put the Cornstarch in a bowl and add Paprika and a pinch of Salt and Pepper and mix together.

    Heat the Groundnut oil in a wide pan until near boiling. Coat the strips of pork in the cornstarch mixture then test it by just putting a pork strip coated in the mixture a little of the way in. If it starts to bubble, then put in half of the coated pork.

    Fry for about 2-3 mins make sure the oil covers them. Lift them out and drain, then do the same with the other half, leave them to drain.

I only started experimenting with herbs and spices and items I had never heard of before through joining Cookpad 2014 and I'm still learning new things. It is a passion of mine and I always invite my family around so I can create something new for them to try. my children grew up learning lots from me I have 3 daughters all with their own families and two Sons one who cooks for his family also my youngest son who is still at home with me,he comes up with some lovely meals and ideas so I'm proud of them all. 💜
