Steps

In a bowl, mix whole wheat flour and semolina and half cup ghee to it and mix well.

Add milk as required and knead in to a stiff dough and roll lemon size balls.

In a kadhai, heat sufficiently ghee and deep fry the balls till done.drain and place on an absorbent paper and cool.

Drain the excess oil and allow it to cool. ground the balls ta a coated misture.

Add sugar powder, cardamom power, chopped cashews and raisins and mix.

Serve with ghee.
