Mix well all ingredients marked with *

Add 7 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil and 2 Tbsp milk on top of step 1 ingredients, mix well together.

Add 4 Tbsp flour then knead.

Add more flour until the dough becomes soft and smooth.

Form into a ball and cover with the flour then let it rest for 30 mins.

Prepare cookie sheet on the oven baking pan, and roll the dough out.

Top with the grapes, sprinkle with a tablespoon of sugar

Bake your grape focaccia in a preheated oven at 170°C for 40 minutes; once cooked, let it cool and serve sliced.
