Mix paneer mawa and maid a in a big bowl till it firms a smooth dough

Make small balls of these mawa dough and fill it with cashews and rasinis

Heat oil on medium low flame and fry these balls till deep golden brown in color

Take them out and dip them in sugar syrup. Remember the sugar syrup should be medium hot

Dip all the gulab jamun for 3-4 hours so that it may soak the syrup properly
