Steps

Dough by taking 1cup wheat flour. Incremen tally add water in small quantities and smooth and soft dough.cover it with clean cloth and set aside for 10-15minutes.

Tak boiled mash potatoes in a bowl. add chopped green chilli, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, hing, dry mango powder, and salt. Mix all ingredients properly.

Stuffing into a 6 parts ball and dough into 6 parts. give them a round shape and press a little to flatten like pattie.

Tak dry wheat flour in a plate for dusting. Take on dough Pattie and coat it with dry wheat flour on both sides.put it on rolling board and roll it out into a circle.put one portion of stuff in the centre of it.

Stuffing ball by liffing all sides of rolled circle towards, seal the edges and give it a round ball shape.

Press stuffing ball on rolling board and dust some dry wheat flour over it.roll it out into like chapati,place it on a hot tava and cook over a medium flames.

Ghee around its edge with the help of spatw and cook for 25-30 seconds. repeat flip and press process unit golden brown spots appear on both side of paratha.

Transfer it to plate and spread butter on it and serve hot.
