1/2of medium size cabbage- shredded
1onion diced
2large tomatoes cut
Oil for frying
1 halftsp of royco (optional)

Put oil in a pan and heat.

Add onions and fry until golden brown then add tomatoes.

Add in cabbage and stir. Cover and allow to cook for 15 minutes until soft.
4

Serve as a vegetable or with ugali.
