Ingredients

  • 4eggs
  • 1/2 cupchop onions
  • 1 teaspoonpepper
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 cubemaggi
  • 2 tablespoonketchup
  • 1/3 cupvegetable oil
  • 1 kgpotato

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice and boil sweet potatoes for 5 minutes

  2. 2

    Mix eggs with onions, maggi, salt and pepper

  3. 3

    Add 1/2 cup of water and stir for a while

  4. 4

    Put a frypan on a heat source and add oil

  5. 5

    Allow to heat for 30 seconds

  6. 6

    Add the mix eggs and stir for 3 seconds interval for a period of 30 seconds

  7. 7

    Food is ready, serve as shown
