In a bowl mix Singhara flour, curd, water, salt, jeera powder, red chili powder.

Whisk the mixture well. Make sure that there are no lumps.

Now Grease a pot and pour the above mix in it.

And pressure cook this mixture. Take around 5 whistles and remove it from flame.

Allow the cooker to cool. take out the batter and start spreading it on your cleaned kitchen platform or on a try.

Sprinkle crushed peanuts and grated coconut over it.

Cut it into long strips and roll it.

Now for tempering- heat ghee

Add jeera, green chillies, sugar and water.

And cover it with lid immedietly

After 2 minutes remove it from flame and pour it over khandvi rolls.

Allow to cool down and serve!!
