Ingredients

  1. 2tea-cups of rice
  2. Vegetable mix (corn, carrot mix)- available in local shop
  3. 10 mlOlive cooking oil
  4. Saffron powder- desirable color

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients into a rice cooker.

  2. 2

    Add 4 cups of water into the mix.

  3. 3

    Cook normally until ready.

  4. 4

    Serve with boiled beef or chicken.
