Heat ghee in a non stick pan

Add flour and roast it over medium flame for 10 minutes stirring continuously

Keep aside to cool completely

Heat the ghee for deep frying gaund in a kadhai and fry the gaund till the pieces puffs up

Transfer the fried gaund to a plate and allow it to cool

Combine sugar, fried gaund, amlond, coconut, black pepper and roasted flour in a deep bowl, mix well

Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each into a medium round ball
- 8
Serve or store in an air tight container
