Steps

Wash and soak, chana dal, Urad dal and rice. For 2 hours

Now grind the above 3 things together.

Add curd, salt to the above batter and let it ferment for 3-4 hours

Now add chopped vegetables, jeera coriander, green chillies

To the batter

Give it a nice mix

Now add soda bi carb mix it.

In an appe pan add little oil and pour in the little batter add cheese and again pour little batter. And cover it with lid

Allow it to rise. it will take around 3-4 minutes.

Now remove the lid. Check if the appe has risen completely and flip it

Just cook it for 1 minute and remove it.

Now these healthy little cheesy balls are ready to serve.

Serve it with nice green chutney
